All products at Trinellis Designs are made on demand. This means production begins after your order is placed. Please allow production time in addition to shipping time when estimating your delivery date.
Processing and Production Times
Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
- Jewelry orders: processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days
- Mugs, pillow covers, blankets, and apparel: processed within 2 to 4 business days
Shipping Times by Destination
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carriers
Orders ship via UPS and other carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment partner producing your item. For international shipments your local mail carrier will handle delivery once the package enters your country.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all jewelry orders shipped within the United States. Shipping rates for all other products and destinations are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
I Did Not Receive My Order
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please email us at sales@trinellisdesigns.com with your order number from your confirmation email and we will help track it down.
Customs Fees and Taxes
For international orders we label all packages with the information required by customs authorities. However customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority for guidance on fees that may apply to items shipped from the United States.
If you are ordering within the European Union please note that VAT may be charged upon delivery depending on your country.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@trinellisdesigns.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Please do not return any items without first receiving authorization from our team.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after an order is placed we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change please contact us at sales@trinellisdesigns.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you before production begins. Personalized and custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
