Ordering and Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
For jewelry orders, you will see a personalization panel on the product page. Enter the recipient name, sender name, and choose your preferred font style. Your selections are automatically saved with your order. For mugs, pillows, and blankets, the emotional message is already printed on the product as designed. No additional personalization is required for those items.
Can I preview my personalized design before it ships?
The personalization panel on jewelry product pages shows you a live preview of how your names will appear on the message card. This gives you a clear sense of placement and font style before you complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every order is made on demand and sent to production immediately after purchase, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your personalization details carefully before completing checkout.
What if I made a spelling mistake in my personalization?
If you notice a spelling error immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away. We will do our best to catch it before production begins. Once an order enters production we are unable to make corrections, so please double check all names and dates before submitting.
Are all products personalizable?
Not all products offer personalization. Jewelry products include a personalized message card with recipient and sender name fields. Mugs, pillows, blankets, and apparel feature a fixed emotional message printed directly on the product as part of the design. Product pages clearly indicate which personalization options are available.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Delivery time after shipping depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Production and shipping timelines may be longer during peak gifting seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on all jewelry orders nationwide. Shipping rates for other product types including mugs, pillows, blankets, and apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?
Yes. You can enter the recipient's address at checkout and your order will ship directly to them. This is a great option if you are sending a gift to someone in a different city or state. Please note that orders ship in plain packaging so there are no pricing details included in the shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment department. You can use that tracking number to follow your order to its destination.
How will my order arrive?
Your order ships in a protective mailer directly to the address provided at checkout. We recommend adding your own wrapping before presenting it as a gift. The thought and love you put into choosing it is already the most important part.
Product Questions
What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Materials vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. Options typically include gold tone, silver tone, and rose gold tone finishes.
Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. The dye sublimation printing process bonds the design permanently to the mug surface so the message will not fade with regular use or washing.
Will the print on my mug or pillow fade over time?
Our products use high quality dye sublimation printing which produces vibrant, long lasting color. With normal care the print should remain clear and vivid for years. For mugs we recommend avoiding abrasive scrubbing on the printed surface to preserve the design.
What sizes are available for pillow covers and apparel?
Available sizes are listed on each individual product page. Pillow covers are typically available in 18x18 and 20x20 inch sizes. Apparel sizing varies by style.
Do throw pillow and pillow covers come with an insert?
Pillow covers are sold without an insert. You will need to provide your own pillow form in a matching size.
Throw Pillows are a complete product and include the insert.
Returns, Issues, and Support
What is your return policy on personalized items?
Because our products are made to order and personalized specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
You can reach our support team through the Contact page on our website. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We want every gift to be something you are proud to give. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and tell us what went wrong. We will do our best to find a solution.
Gift Giving
Can I include a gift message with my order?
The emotional message printed on the product or included on the message card with jewelry orders is the gift message. For jewelry, you also personalize the card with the recipient and sender names during the ordering process. At this time we do not offer a separate gift note option.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Your order arrives in a protective shipping mailer. We recommend wrapping your order in your own paper or placing it in a gift box before presenting it to the recipient.
How should I present my order as a gift?
A simple ribbon, gift bag, or wrapping paper goes a long way. For jewelry, the message card is a meaningful part of the gift experience and is already included inside the product. The words on the card are often what the recipient remembers most.
